EPICenter

EPICenter is a network management platform capable of tracking and managing assets in networks that are undergoing rapid change due to convergence. ServiceWatch

ServiceWatch is a powerful, easy-to-use Layer 4-7 monitoring and management software solution for mission-critical network services such as network access authentication, name and directory services, business applications, e-mail and web. It gives network managers a user’s perspective of how their Layer 4-7 network services are performing. If service response time starts to degrade, ServiceWatch notifies the network manager to take corrective action before a problem occurs.
ServiceWatch is also a vital capacity planning tool and helps track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through historical reporting and graphing of service availability and response time.

Extreme Networks Policy Manager (EPM)

EPM offers real-time interaction with the switches so that information is up-to-the-minute and changes can take place immediately. The GUI and Wizard-based interface supports complex searching, sorting, change control, and rule import/export. This improves efficiency and accuracy of both ACL and CLEAR-Flow management. Automated dependency checks and rule checks are provided to help prevent ACL mis-configuration, which can lead to security breeches. EPM supports policy-file backup and versioning in order to streamline maintenance and recovery of policy files.
